…and take a look around. I’m playing with the Blog format a bit and wanted to create a space that is both a collection of my work as a visual editor and news junkie — as well as a place to explore all modes of communication and story telling.

I’m a hybrid, and wanted the site to be too. Depending on your perspective, I’m either a ‘word person’ with an eye for design or a ‘visual type’ who can spin a good yarn. I’ve always loved the dichotomy — and believe both are critical if the goal is to to get a story, product or message noticed in today’s marketplace.

I’m also interested in how culture influences the creative process – where the best ideas originate and how they are cultivated into something tangible, like an iPad or a symphony or a Willy Wonka chocolate bar.  If I stumble across some wisdom, I’ll share it here.
